If you are planning to hold a bridal shower party, then start with the venue first. Choose the right venue and with the right size. Count the number of guests you have and make sure it is not going to be crowded and so choose the venue accordingly. You need to make a decision whether you would want to have an outdoor or indoor party. If it is indoors, then choose a well ventilated room and you can have a lot of scented candles and water features scattered here and there.
The decoration depends on the theme of the party itself. If you are not having any theme, then it would be better to go with something sober, like white flowers, screens and candles.
